Hi, I’m Dominika.

I’m a London-based illustrator, author, artist and educator. My work is built from bold shapes, bright colours and characters with a life of their own. It appears in children’s books, magazines and brand projects, on walls and in sculptural play objects.

I studied Graphic Design at Central Saint Martins and Children’s Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art. Since then I’ve worked with Tate Publishing, the Munch Museum in Oslo, the Financial Times, Wallpaper*, WIRED, Harvard Business Review and Uniqlo. My books are published in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Korean, Norwegian and German.

Teaching is a big part of my practice. I’ve run workshops for over fifteen years across the UK, Europe and Sri Lanka and I teach short courses at Central Saint Martins.

Alongside commissions, I make personal work under the name Play Forms.
